Gold Medal Environmental, a growing trash removal and recycling services company in Philadelphia, South Jersey and Delaware, today announced that it has been awarded two new residential contracts in Elk Township, New Jersey and Merchantville, New Jersey.  In addition, Gold Medal also announced that it has renewed two residential contracts in Paulsboro, New Jersey and Clayton, New Jersey.

New Residential Contracts

Elk Township, located in Gloucester County, has 1,690 single family homes. We collect trash every Friday, and recycling is collected bi-weekly. GM was awarded a 5-year contract.

Camden County’s Borough of Merchantville has 1,400 homes and businesses. Trash and recycling is collected on a weekly basis every Friday. GM was awarded a 5-year contract.

Both towns successfully started on January 1, 2016. The employees involved are GM drivers, helpers, office staff, mechanics and supervisors.

Retained Existing Contracts

The Borough of Paulsboro is located in Gloucester County. There are 2,760 homes. Trash is collected on a weekly basis every Monday, and the recyclable materials are collected every Tuesday and Thursday. GM also services the roll off containers for the township. We were awarded a two-year contract.

The Borough of Clayton is a town located in Gloucester County. There are 2,938 single family homes. We collect trash and recycling three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). GM was awarded a 5-year contract.
